At Andiot Watches, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

We provide free returns within 14 days after your order is delivered.

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Process:

  2. We will provide you with a prepaid return label
  3. Send the item back to us
  4. Receive your refund after inspection

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Warranty:
All watches include a 24-month warranty.
